Atlanta, Georgia (May 23, 2023) – Huntington Apartment Homes, Inc., a Georgia-based owner and operator of apartment complexes, today announced that its affiliate, Huntington Apartment Homes III LLC, closed on its purchase of Salem Chase Apartments, a 64 unit conventional apartment community in Conyers, Georgia.
