Atlanta, Georgia (September 15, 2022) – Huntington Apartment Homes, Inc., a Georgia-based owner and operator of apartment complexes, today announced that its affiliate, Huntington Apartment Homes XII LLC, closed on its purchase of Governor's Court, a 40 unit conventional apartment community in Carrollton, Georgia.
