HUNTINGTON APARTMENT HOMES SELLS TWO COMPLEXES IN BREMEN, GEORGIA WITH 36 TOTAL UNITS

Atlanta, Georgia (June 24, 2022)- Huntington Apartment Homes, Inc., Georgia-based owner and operator of apartment complexes today announced that its affiliates, Huntington National Investments XII LLC and Huntington Apartment Homes XVI LLC closed on its sale of the Bremen Oaks Apartments, a 24 unit apartment complex and the Thomasville Apartments, a 12 unit apartment complex to an affiliate of DeVanDylan Capital Partners LLC of Raleigh, North Carolina.
