Huntington Apartment Homes was founded in 2010 to acquire and manage multifamily complexes in the metro Atlanta area. We started our portfolio with two small properties in Carrollton, Georgia. Over the past decade we continued to grow our footprint outside the perimeter of Atlanta.

Huntington Today

We are a family owned company with a portfolio of 13 apartment complexes with 466 units. We invest our own capital, focusing on conventional market rate complexes. We manage our properties in house with our 9 employees.
