Kent founded Huntington Apartment Homes in 2010. His responsibilities include setting the company’s strategic direction, leading day to day operations, identifying acquisitions and managing the company’s banking and debt provider relationships.

Melissa Mykulak

Vice President

Melissa joined Huntington Apartment Homes in 2019. Her responsibilities include, managing accounts payable and accounting functions, ensuring safety compliance and overseeing marketing efforts.

Vic Harrison

Vic joined Huntington Apartment Homes in 2015. He currently manages Millstone Townhomes and Westbury Place in Carrollton, and Winthrop Apartments in Newnan.

Monique Maddox

Monique joined Huntington Apartment Homes in 2020. She currently manages Jackson Place in Commerce, The Meadows Apartments in Hoschton, and Mayfield Place in Cumming.

Destiny Moss

Destiny joined Huntington Apartment Homes in 2018. She currently manages Salem Chase Apartments in Conyers and Village Townhomes in Oxford.
