  • Can I drop by a leasing office in person?

    None of our properties have on-site leasing offices.  We require a completed application prior to providing a tour.


  • How do I apply for an apartment?

    Click on the Apply Now button next to the unit you would like to apply for to begin the application process. Then follow the instructions listed to submit your secured application online.


  • How much is the application fee?

    The application fee is $30 for each applicant over 18 years old.

  • What are Huntington’s lease terms?

    Lease terms are generally 12 months, but a 6 month lease may be considered on a case by case basis.

  • How long does it take for an application to be processed?

    In general, you should hear from us within 48 hours.

  • Does Huntington Apartment Homes require renter’s insurance?

    Yes, Huntington Apartment Homes requires renter’s insurance for all residents.

  • Does Huntington Apartment Homes offer furnished apartments?

    No, not at this time.

  • Are pets allowed at Huntington Apartment Homes properties?

    We do not allow pets at our properties.

  • How much is the security deposit?

    The security deposit is equivalent to the monthly rent amount.
