HUNTINGTON APARTMENT HOMES ACQUIRES 32 UNIT COMPLEX AND TWO RENTAL HOUSES IN CARROLLTON, GEORGIA

Atlanta, Georgia (November 21, 2019) – Huntington Apartment Homes, Inc., a Georgia-based owner and operator of apartment complexes, today announced that its affiliate, Huntington Apartment Homes X LLC, closed on its purchase of the Beulah Park Apartments, a 32 unit conventional apartment community as well as two single family residences in Carrollton, Georgia. The rental houses will be divested.
