HUNTINGTON APARTMENT HOMES ACQUIRES 36 UNIT COMPLEX IN CUMMING, GEORGIA

Atlanta, Georgia (October 15, 2020) – Huntington Apartment Homes, Inc., a Georgia-based owner and operator of apartment complexes, today announced that its affiliate, Huntington Apartment Homes XV LLC, closed on its purchase of Pilgrim Mill Apartments, a 36 unit conventional apartment community in Cumming, Georgia. The complex will be renamed Mayfield Place.
